Woolworths Store Account Mess

I was owing Woolworths store card for over a year , 28th Nov 2025 i paid R14900 and there was an outstanding balance of R360 i paid that on the 22nd Dec. To my surprise paymemr made of the 22nd Dec is not credited to the lawyers. Now i am stuck between Woolworths and MBD mind you the same way i paid the R14900 is the same way i paid the R360 , now i cant get the account closed as MBD and Woolworths both claim they cant assist . What now ? i have proo of payment of Woolworths account being credited however the lawyers cant pick it up. its a mess and i need that account closed as soon as possible
