Woolworths store account

I am really not happy about Woolworths store I made agreement to pay them every month but I am not happy at all this month I payed on the 2 December 2024 using EFT because I receive money late okey yesterday I was at Woolworths store vaal mall to make a payment the cashier told me there is nothing appearing on the screen then she refer me to the finance department and when I go there the cashier tried to assist me but nothing appears on the system.I dont know why they didnt make me aware by sms or emails that they will block me.I am very disappointed about Woolworths store I am trying my best to upgrade my credit score and Its sad because of how they are treating me I lost hope the balance I was about to finish it now it is back to squre I am very hurt woolths I rate them 0 out of 100
