Woolworths stopped responding _A|A***

I began to complain in June that Woolworths brought pure cotton shirts for winter but only in slim cut type. The buyers asked for example product codes (!?). When I eventually provided those, they stopped responding. Consequently I didn't buy any winter shirts at Woolworths this winter.
