Woolworths stock nightmare

I made a purchase via the Woolworths app. It was an amazing deal. At the time of my purchase, the items were in stock, or else the online system would not have allowed my purchase. After making payment snd confirming my store for collection, I thought I was done. I received a call the next morning, on my collection date, stating that my items were un fact sold out and essentially saying tough luck for me. I refuse to accept this. After numerous emails, reviews of my experience via the App, phone calls and DMs to Woolworths on Insta, all I've had are 2 generic replies. I'm hoping that this review will get someone's attention.
