Woolworths *****S your money a little at a time

Firstly don't understand me wrong, I'm a huge Woolworth fan but this is gone too far. This retail giant does just what it wants. So the VAT is increased by 1% and they go insane with price changes on products that the working class could just afford to prices that is ridiculously expensive and now out of our reach. To give an example: 1 Chicken samoosa at the Hot counter was R9.99 and after the VAT price increase it is now R11.99 - it should have been R11.49. But 'hey' who cares for the cents that make up the Rands - right? Then they have 'On the go' Easy Eats lunch time specials that is suppose to save you money but they put the 'On the go' Easy Eats sticker on products not part of the special and of cause how are we as consumers suppose to know when the product is included in the special and when not?! Oh you just find that out at the till when you have to pay full price. The problem of going out of the ques or having to hold up others to go and change it for something else is almost never the options chosen - then you pay the full price and leave with the feeling that you were forced and ****** at the same time. That is how they ***** our money and get away with it. As a consumer I'm not happy with Woolworth marking products on 'special' but in fact it is not - that is false adverti*****t and therefore ******* as they are not giving what is promised. This has happened to me on several occasions and I've had enough. If the product is marked wrong and it has a special sticker on, then store should give you the discount and they should carry the loss. This giant needs us as costumers to survive - treat us better and stop *****ing from us.
