Woolworths *****s and lies

Failed to deliver all ordered items in an online order in November. Have still not been refunded. I have spent hours on the phone and simply get told one lie after the other. Two months later, no refund. They essentially stole my money. Last straw yesterday when they delivered rotten food. I phoned and explained that not only is their product rotten but it ruined all my ingredients. They said they would replace the product and wasted ingredients. Today they delivered half of the quantity, of the wrong type of the rotten product, and nothing else. They lie and they *****. I will never shop at woolworths again.
