Woolworths *****ing my money from my card... literally.

So. No communication fro Woolworths. They deducted R486 from my banking card when I tried doing an online purchase for R1200. I emailed them with screenshots... they are trying to tell me no money was deducted and no order made. I rep**** with a screenshot form my banking app.... no reply. No groceries. Nothing. Wow just wow.
