woolworths stands for nothing

<p>A valued customer all the years, whom purchases every month. For the first time I had to exchange an item just for a smaller size... I was denied to do so... Had proof of purchase and bought it a day ago... I was told it cannot be done beacuse nothing is wrong with it but in a very scarcastic manner and with BIG attitude! This service came from the SUPERVISOR herself. I'm now in a situation where Im sitting with a item that does not fit and costs quiete an amount. I ve even stop buying leggings at wollies thats pricer as well because within a month it breaks but I havent returned that ... ( leggings at wollies ranges from 160 and up... maybe I should of returned those instead... unf.......believable!!!</p>
