Woolworths standards have plummeted-rock bottom!

I was at the Woolworths Pavilion Store on 05 July 2025. I went into the restaurant to have a late breakfast meal. I normally order the eggs and toast (rye) all the time. On this day I waited for more that 45 minutes for 2 eggs and rye toast. I was informed that there was no rye bread, and that the manager went into the food section to get rye bread. The rye bread never came. I enquired about other options, and chose the kiddies sour dough bread-at least that is what I was offered. To make matters worse, there was no butter available for my toast. A little bowl of something grated was left next to my toast. Thinking that it might have been grated butter, I smeared it on my toast, only to be told that there was no butter available, and that is why I was given grated CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, there was a lady dressed in black with something black and white stripe, standing at the back biting her nails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why has standards at Woolworths dropped rock bottom? Is it that they just don't care, is it not hiring the best staff, or is it .........?
