Woolworths staff numb to instore incidents

Tripped over an empty crate in Woolworths, the staff member nearby whom looked straight in my face did not ask if i was okay or even move to remove the crate. The lady behind me asked if i was okay, highly embarrassed with a bruised shin i hurried to get my things and leave. Phoned the stored manager to explain what had just happened. He contacted me back saying he cannot find the incident on the cctv and that the staff member whom witnessed the incident said i was in a hurry not saying she saw what happend. After contacting me back with this information asked what I wanted to happen and that he would talk to the staff to be more careful and that he would contact me the next day to hear if my leg is okay. Apologized for my embarrassing experience. I honestly do not appreciate the store denying the incindent and the fact that the staff could not care on bit.
