Woolworths Staff in Cenurion mall may be *********?

I must share the horrific experience my wife had over the past weekend in Woolworths Centurion mall. Her bag was taken by an unknown person. When she approached the staff to assist, they we reluctant at best to offer any assistance. She then continued to demand to see the footage of what might have happened. You must understand that the contents of such a bag are almost impossible to replace, purse, cellphone, house keys etc. After making a big fuss over the footage, one of the staff called her outside and showed her the bag laying outside the store behind a pillar. Nothing was missing. But still they refused to show her what happened. Now my common sense is saying the staff had something to do with it, and when they realized this lady was not going away they tossed it outside. What ******** would go through all the trouble of taking something, just to give it back? So be warned, that shop will never see us again, and I hope some manager would get ahold of this message and give us resolution or closure.
