Woolworths has cancelled my debit order. Tried their WhatsApp line , they transfered me to a chat agent named Claudia Mqhitsane who was very clueless at what she's doing. When asked questions she will tell you that she doesn't know. Why is she a chat agent if she doesnt how to provide service to Woolworths customers. All i wanted was to have my debit order active and if i can make payments from my foreighn bank account. No , she cant help because she doesnt know.
