Woolworths Springs Mall clerks are clueless about their credit cards payments

Woolworths credit card is a nightmare to deal with, especially with the ATM deposit, no one seems to know what's going on and what's needed to be done, or maybe Springs Mall Woolworths clerks are clueless like the one at Absa bank... four weeks now my payment is invalid, money is somewhere in Absa bank with wrong account numbers that can't be traced by Woolworths, money just disappears. Woolworths and Absa are financial business partners but their employees are clueless about the product. Is this a matter of bad service or management to trains their clerks
