Woolworths spin and win competition lies

Im so dissatisfied at woolies, last year I played the spin ans win competition and won however the refuse to pay me my winnings claiming Im not in the winning list while I won and received an email as confirmation, my emails got deleted I don't have the original email however I took a screenshot, i have been waiting for 3 months and they are giving me the run around. I submitted my documents as per the email I received however I still haven't received my competition winnings
