Woolworths Special items are reject/returned items

Good Day I had purchased 4 x Formal Shirts from Woolworths to use a company uniform.I did try 1 on and got the remaining 3 the same size obvioulsy. After receiving them from Embroiderry i noticed the other 3 had hems on the back(obviously it was a returned item) i even forwarded pics showing the stitching.

The Service i received from Woolworths was disgusting after 1 week they come back to me giving me with a reference number.

I mailed Queries first ,then was told to mail Customer serv after 1 week was this reply

This person needs training on how to handle clients and how to be professional.
