I chose one star as it was a prerequisite to type this - I would like to state that I'd give you a -5 star rating (MINUS)

I am disgusted in your ability to deduct the agreed upon debited amount from my account. My account has been up to date and somehow you decided to thumb suck an imaginary authorisation from me saying you are allowed to debit nearly R6000 from my bank account - When in fact you were only supposed to debit an amount of R680 (rounded off) I was then tasked with reversing this amount and was told to do an eft amount which did not reflect on your side due to further technical challenges I therefore now have to break my budget to pay a double amount this month!!!

I AM SERIOUSLY DISGUSTED IN YOUR LEVEL OF EFFICIENCY AND ETHICS
