Woolworths South Africa and Blake Debt Collectors

<p>My husband landed into bad debt with Woolworths due to me being unemployed. We have subsequently cleaned up the debt, and he is waiting almost 1 year to have his name cleared and receive a paid up letter from Woolworths. </p> <p>Blake debt collector have been of no use or support.</p> <p> Blake staff have not been willing to pass on a relaible person’s name and details at Woolworths or to assist with the follow up of this client. </p> <p>Now that Blake and Woolworths have received their money - there is no courtesy in further assisting the client with clearing their name.</p> <p>This is really poor poor service. He is now unable to purchase a car because his name has not been cleared. </p> <p> Where is the humanity and integrity in their service they bringing to others. We have had way better success with less reputable companies than the likes of Blake and Woolworths.</p>
