Woolworths, Somerset Mall.

My daughter approached a floor manager for assistance in the grocery department. She was with my 13 year old disabled grandson, who was in his wheel chair. She wanted to pass to the front of a very long line to pay, as my grandson gets disruptive and distracted easily. The manager did nothing physically to help, there is no special queue for the disabled, no preference at all, she was refered to pay at a clothing point and her need was not met!. The floor manager then walked off. We are very disappointed. Not wheelchair friendly. The airconditioning is not running properly, the shop is always too hot and shopping is uncomfortable. The managers attitude and the general experience was very unpleasant on Saturday, 25th January. The airconditioning issue is ongoing.
