Woolworths sizes

Hi there,

I bought a pair of pumps a few weeks ago. It read size 9, but it didn't fit. At all.

I gave them to my sister who wears a size 8, and she said they even fit a bit too tight on her foot. I then asked my other sister, who wears a size 7 to fit it on and she said it's only slightly too big for her, in length, but in width it fit perfectly.

Is there a reason for this? because of my shoe size I am very limited with shops who stock size 9 already, and Woolworths was one of 2 of my go-to stores. But it seems now I have one.
