Woolworths should have an online payment platform for paying accounts by now

Dear Woolies We are sitting in 2020 where Retailers like Foschini and even Telkom have online platforms to pay accounts directly. I find it really unacceptable that I can only pay in store or via EFT which takes 3 days to reflect according to one of your consultants. Do you think that with the current Coronavirus threat I want to go into one of your stores?
