Woolworths shopping online sucks

I twice bought bought jackets from Woolworths stores and i was provided with a hanger and suit cover. Then came the time i had a bad shopping expience three times with Woolworths online, whereby I bought jackets on three separate transaction. I was not provided with a hanger and suit cover. I fail to understand why don't I get a hanger and suit cover for jackets purchased online. I have raised this matter before but to this date no change has been implemented. why double standards?
