woolworths shoes and polish

never in my million years have I been humiliated like this bought a shoe at Woolworths black pumps,on the 27/02/2018 it started having white residue I was just wiping it with a wet cloth when I wear it it started getting worse took it to cradle stone yesterday waiting 1hour to see the manager Lenard he asked hes friends shonisani ,she said I must take the shoe back home and polish it they wont take it back the woolworths shoes are polished she polishes hers also,thats what I got buy polish
