Ordered some expensive perfume because they had a sale on - 20% off. Guess what, Woolworths send a bottle of Hugo Boss which was 10% less volume, no shrink wrap, no cap and box crushed. Jo Malone diffuser came without box or reeds. These are products which each cost > R1500. So they sell partial products you can't GIFT and returns. How much Woolworths has fallen.
