Woolworths' service is unacceptable!

This would have gotten a double zero rating if there was one. This is the second time I am getting "off" food from Woolworths Dash. The first time is was cauliflower in a pack, and now it is moldy lemons. I wrote to them about the cauliflower, and the acknowledged my letter and said nothing back. I will not be buying from Woolworths again. The service is disgusting. I had the same experience with PnP and they rectified immediately.
