Woolworths Service is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of being retrenched a few years back so I obviously could not make payments on my accounts. I did manage to find a job and pay off most of my accounts only to suddenly get a call from a debt collector claiming that the debt was sold to them and that they need me to make payment. I had a record of this account but my record showed that I had paid it off before I was even retrenched. Then I was told this was a revolving credit loan and that I had taken money afterwards. When asked for records of this, no records were provided. I DID NOT acknowledge the debt and requested that it be prescribed as I had not been contacted about this debt for over three years. I am aware of financial law and directed this to the attorney who had bought the debt. After going back and forth, I requested that it be sent to a senior attorney who knows financial law. I was then contacted by Divanie Gobrie from Lynn & Main Attorneys and she advised me that I was correct in requesting that the debt be prescribed as I had not received any interaction from Woolworths Financial Services n over 3 years. She provided me with a letter and this was sent to Cecille Hull at Woolworths Financial Services in July 2017 for her to have my ITC records updated. This has not been done yet. I have tried calling her, emailing her and even gone to the extent of copying other Woolworths email addresses related to Customer Service however I have not received a response yet. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES!!!!!!!!
