Woolworths service is appalling

I bought some sneakers for my 8yr old son from Woolworths but they did not fit. I returned them the next day but I was rudely told they were not in a saleable state and they would not accept them. I asked to see the Manager and when he came through he was even ruder than the sales lady. If that was even possible. I then had to buy a new pair of shoes. I have never experienced such service. Being in the service industry for over 24yrs and knowing how stores ate insured against such possibilities. Woolworths have lost my respect especially since they did not even bother to respond to me. Amazing!
