Woolworths service has fallen

I have always shopped at Woolworths and took my mother to the Woolworths Gateway store for festive shopping. I was appalled at the way she was treated - in front of other customers - when asking for assistance.

The older Indian lady at the Finance Desk (She did not have a name tag) was very rude in her way of speaking to my mum and walked away from her as she asked her a question. The person on duty, Claude Samlall, did not even apologise for her behaviour or act contrite.

I can not believe that such a premier branded store at a prime spot of shopping during peak shopping hours has such appalling customer service pew rise.
