Woolworths service get worse by the day

Today I visited Woolworths in Waterfront (VA) in Cape Town. I needed assistance with the item I need and first of all I looked around there was no one closer to me for assistance, I went to customer service, I was assisted by a lady who was not willing to assist me at all. I asked they had this item and she said if its not there then they don't have. I then ask if she look on the system and she asked me if I had a style number which I didn't have, I told her I saw this on Woolworths app and I then ask her where is the catalogue that your visuals use for the stock that will coming to the store may be that would help. She then told me she won't be able to assist me without a style number. I left the counter still looking for assistance. I then saw another lady who I approached and she went with to the shoe section and she said they did have that type of shoe. I then asked her can she look on the system or check other stores for me. She tried without any luck. The lady who assisted me at customer service she undermined me and she was not will to assist me at all. No matter what race you are all customers must be treated the same and even the manager that my partner reported the matter was on this lady side making excuses for her.

I went to Carnal walk same day thinking the service will be better. When I got there I was look for the same shoe and there was no one to assist. Now there was a jacket that I wanted to get but the ones at the bottom were a bit small, I saw this lady who was packing the staff away and I asked her, she said she doesn't work on this department but she will look for someone. She came back and told me that those ladies that work there have told her that those jacket on top are smaller. They didn't even try to check what sizes were those. The service I received from both woolworths was pathetic and messed up my shopping. I regret going to these shops today. Woolworths service is getting worse by the day. Every time I write on my reviews about the service and the shop. No one bothers to reply.
