Woolworths Service Failing Badly

Bought some clothes on-line. Some were too big. Large print at top of invoice gave 23/05/2021 as last date for refund. Woolworths refused refund because some were sale items and in small fine print at bottom of the invoice last date for sale refund was 20/04/2021. Totally misleading information! 5 years ago, Woolworths was our shop of choice. Now, with this kind of misleading information, poor delivery schedules, and declining staff attitudes, will rather buy at Spar, Checkers or elsewhere.
