Woolworths **** service

I placed an order to be collected at woolworths willowbridge in cape town. I went to collect my order and was told to go outside to the parking that where orders are collected. When I got to the parking there was a board that stated they are aware I was there and someone would come bring the order. I waited for 15min and no one came. I went around the building to check if there was door or someone to alert that I was there to collect and found 2 ladies who worked for woolworths who told me they saw someone packing my order in the freezer - how do you go to the freezer to pack my order when you don't even know who I am and what the order number is???? So disappointed about this service. I suppose its back to pick and pay. They deliver on time and what you order. No disappointment's there and they are affordable.
