woolworths sells rotten food and has *********** staff!!!

i recently posted my complaint regarding a salad that was rotten and g****s that were not fresh on the woolworths customer service website i only got a response 3 days later and on top of that the lady who responded to my query deliberately got my surname wrong and requested details about the products that i had already provided she didn't bother to read my full complaint clearly -very ***********!!! this is shocking and unacceptable service!!
