Woolworths selling bad quality products

I bought the fleece morning gawn on 01/05/2024 on the mother's day promotion from Woolworth Clearwater mall. I wore it for the 1st time on the 17/05/2024 and the next morning I notice that one of the ribbon ties inside is *********** and hanging by a and it's gonna ******* anytime soon. This is a new item and should not look like that it's clearly a manufacturing defect and I bought it like that without noticing it. I called the woolies I bought it from to see if they have sizes so I can go exchange it. They gave me such horrible customer service which made me send and email to customer service. The Clearwater manager got in touch with me and after many back and forth emails Lucia told me she found the gawn I can exchange with but it's all the way in soweto. I live in honeydew but I was willing to drive there. After driving all the way to soweto on Sunday to exchange the item, when I got home in the evening and wanted to wear the gawn it was also damaged and this one worse than the last. It's clear that Woolworth is selling bad quality products and they don't care.
