Woolworths security negligence

My phone got ****** inside Woolworths at Campus Square in Auckland Park. I told the security guard at the door and he did not inform main security to close the main boom gates so that those people could not get away. I personally went to confront the ******* to delay them so that the security guard could call the main security but he didn't. I am very disappointed in Woolworths security.
