Woolworths Secunda Mall a no go zone

Woolworths Secunda Mall is the poorest Woolworths shop that I have experienced to date. We travel extensively in South Africa, with this I have visited many Woolworths branches. Poor service, extremely long queuing times, bad attitude, lack to help, poor air-conditioning, so the list continues... This said, we (our family and friends) have started to make alternative trips just to avoid going to Woolworths Secunda Mall (for now). It really is a pity, cause I expected more from a store carrying such a good name.
