Woolworths school shoes stock issues

<p>I went to Canal Walk to look for a size 6 brown boys school with white stitching, no stock and no one in the shop to assist me. I wrote down the SKU number and called Tygervalley branch and asked lady in that school shoes division said she will call me back as she can see 6 pairs on the system but she will go and physically look and see if the stock is in. I waited half a day and called the stock room myself and quoted SKU and to my surprise NO STOCK. BUT he told me Blue Route has 1 pair so I called Blue Route and to my surprise again, no stock. Do your perhaps need a new STOCK SYSTEM that can accurately display what you have in stores??? Imagine i ordered the stock online as it showed there was stock in store how long would i have to wait for the shoes to arrive or would you call me to say you cannot fulfill my order. So I question does Woolworths only stock up on school shoes at the beginning of the school year?? </p>
