Woolworths school shirt quality worse than cheaper Pep stores

We purchased some school shirts for our grandson at Woolworths Vangate mall cape town. The shirts started going yellow and we took them back to the store to ask what they would do about it as everything at Woolworths is very expensive and we are continually told it is because of the quality products. At first we were informed that the shirts would be sent for analysis and we agreed to that route On 17 march it was taken in by assistant Moenieba at the store and we were informed that we would get feedback within a few days. To date we have yet to receive any feedback so now we are out 3 shirts and no answers. Woolworths overcharge for items and then the quality is worse than a product sold by Pep stores for a fraction of the price. A company as big as this who dont care about what they sell anymore and staff who nolonger care about the customers anylonger
