Woolworths sarcastically sent me away after buying faulty items

I spent R4000 on pots and pans, at woolworths Brooklyn Mall. I used two of the pots, their labels specify "WATERLESS" COOKWARE. WELL. THEY ARE NOT. Also the lid knobs, handles get red hot on the stove so theres no way to use it safely. I took it back to Brooklyn but was refused to return and refund. The Manager, Smirked and sarcastically laughed and made remarks.
