Woolworths Sandton Dermalogica Incompetence!!!!

I made an appointment at the beginning of October for a facial at the Dermalogica in Woolworths Sandton, the appointment was scheduled for the beginning of November, when I called to confirm, the Dermalogica ladies had no idea of what was going on, I was just continuously being referred to another person, people promised to call me back and since Friday I have not received any feedback!!! Terrible and rude service!
