Woolworths sabotages Christmas

<p>I've been using the online platform to do some shopping to buy things that weren't available in store. My order has been messed up twice. The call center is not very useful, that's if they even bother to answer the phone. It's unnecessary stress in a process that's actually supposed to make life easier. </p>
