Woolworths SA Terrible Online Shopping Experience

Dismal online service! The service is unlike the in-store shopping experience.

One always had to call daily to follow up, and if you're unfortunate to have your order stuck somewhere in the system, the Woolies team is incapable of thinking outside the box to try different solutions to investigate, expedite and prioritize solving the problem at hand.

It seems all they know is to SAY we'll escalate without DOING the actual work.

Still waiting for my order. Going on 3 weeks as at this date...
