Woolworths SA is TRASH

Wish I could have given this company 0 stars, I placed an order for delivery (Which I also had to pay extra for) on the 16th of October 2022 on their online store, for which there was stock and the order was supposed to be delivered 3-4 working days later. After about 12 calls later, I am still no further in the process of getting my order delivered or my money refunded.

This is pathetic, I am utterly shocked in how poor this listed multinational company handles their services.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE JUST HELP
