*Woolworths *****s from the poor

I made a purchase on Woolies Dash on the 31st of October 2024 but forgot to change the delivery address from my office to home address. Purchase was cancelled, which then I was told that I would be refunded within 3-5 working days. The 3-5 working days ended on the 8th of November but I'm yet to receive my money. Whenever I call the customer care line, I'm told that there's nothing they can do to make my money appear any faster. Please tell me how????????? I know it's only R490.00 but it's still my money and I want it back
