Woolworths S*!@ service

Today I am convinced there is no longer a quality or should I say concern to Woolworths retail customers, I have send a complaint email regarding products numerous times and yet to have a response, If you are trying to get hold of me and I don't answer perhaps if you are, then sms WhatsApp,email communication has been made so easy but yet the people employed to there jobs are not playing there part or at least trying to South Africa consumer has become a problem with people employed to fill seats and not a quality of your company.

Hire me Woolworths to run your service department correctly.
