Woolworths Run Around

I recently Visited Woolworths in Kromboom, for assistance with a lost Voucher, as there was still funds on the voucher, i was advised to go to the store i made my first purchase from, as they will be able to assist directly with this voucher query. I then drove up to the next store, Woolworths Kenilworth Centre, where i was assisted by a customer services consultant, who advised that the voucher department was closed already, this was on Saturday 15th June 2024 @ 11:45am. The consultant made a copy of my Voucher Balance Print out i had, as well as the receipt of my first and only purchase, and advised they will get back to me on the 17th or 18th. As the 17th was a public holiday, i understand no contact, however there is no contact yet, June 19th, 2024.
