Woolworths Ruimsig/Featherbrook Quality of products

I bought vegetables and fruits at Woolworths Ruimsig/Featherbrook on Friday (29 November 2019) and when I got home I opened the carrots and they were off and I left it, but the worst is I ate the salad on Friday and on Saturday when i was eating the salad I found a green worm in my plate. Woolworths Ruimsig/Featherbrook needs to really up it quality control, extremely disappointed about this!!!!!
