WOOLWORTHS - ROTTEN FRUIT - TERRIBLE SERVICE!

On 18 March I posted several complaints onto the Main Woolworths Facebook page with photos of the rotten fruit we purchased at the Woolworths Store in Castle Gate. The same box of rotten fruit is still standing in my house as we do not eat rotten fruit!!! Since 18 March NOT ONE PERSON from Woolworths had the decency to even attempt to contact us... I have photos with date stamps on of the rotten fruit we bit into and not even that raised concern with Woolworths South Africa which is SHOCKING to say the least!!! We bought fruit at your store which is much more expensive than any other retail grocery store specifically to get the best quality - YET WOOLWORTHS IS SELLING THE WORST QUALITY FRUIT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT....!!!

Again 5 days later - not one attempt from Woolworths SA to get in contact with us - facebook messages do not apply!!!!!
