Woolworths RiverSquare took twice money from me

Woolworths River Square was suppose to refund me but instead they deduct the money Ive shown them it went of my acc and they just say no they wont give me anything I even showed proof and still they dont believe me and say i need to wait 24 hours But it showed that they deduct it from my acc
