Woolworths ******* customers of their hard earned money

Disgusting customer service

On 13-12-2017 in the afternoon I bought underwear at Woolworths wesgate mall .

On 14-12-2017 I went to Woolworths kerk street Jhb for refund bcos I didn't like the underwear and the size also looked small.

I was assisted by Chanel at refunds who refused to take the underwear because they are not bra's but panties,that is the reason I was given.

She referred me to her manager Bridgette who then told me that no exchange or refund for underwear as per their policy.

Bridgette asked me where I bought them and advised that I should go back to the original store maybe they will refund. She went on to say even if I were to buy them n decide to exchange them before I leave the store they would not exchange or refund. I can't find logic .

I am a customer and 150 is a lot for me to just give away to Woolworths.

If bras can be exchanged why can't panties be exchanged, aren't they both underwear?

Where does it specify on the policy which underwear can be returned and which cannot be returned?

Someone please get back to me for my hard earned money.
