Woolworths *******
I was online searching for a belt at the beginning of November when I came across the David Jones belt which is advertised as "GENUINE LEATHER". Due to the delivery charges I had taken a screen shot and went to the Woolworths nearby for them to get it for me. A few days later the belt was in store for me to purchase. When I got home I had noticed that the same code is on the belt however it now says PU and not leather. Why is this. Woolworths seems to be *********** consumers with their advertising. It has been very embarrassing when gifting it and telling your Fiancé it's GENUINE LEATHER. It is utmost disappointing.
On the 8th of November I sent an email to customer service and 4 days later I received a response. On 12 November I have got just one response which requested the code of the belt. It's been two weeks since the matter had been escalated. I immediately responded to the email with the code and the picture of the adverti*****t yet no response ever since.
From my side I'd like to say that it's really poor service from Woolworths. Slowly but surely customer service seems to be the least importance.
