Woolworths Richardsbay excellent customer service

Excellent customer service.

Went in to purchase some items from their store on Monday and at the till was surprised that the item had scanned higher than the price on the shelf. Cashier called the manager and the item was given free to me. as their system was charging the incorrect price.

It great to see that store can honor their policies. Instead of having customers being **********. they take a knock and correct their system.
